Join AUTSPA

You wanna join AUTSPA? I think that's a great idea. But you may still have a few questions:

What even is AUTSPA?

For one, AUTSPA stands for AUT Student Paramedic Association, and we are a student-led and AUTSA (AUT student association) associated. Essentially this means we operate in tandem with AUT's student community to create a space that helps out fellow Paramedicine students and creates a sense of community (and fun!) for students while they're putting in the mahi.

We do a lot: academic help, social events, the annual ball, graduation hoodies to connect, grow, and learn within our student environment. And we hope to do more with your help!

We would love you to join us, especially if you are looking for a community that gets the perils and perks of studying Paramedicine! 2026 marks a year of growth for AUTSPA. We have changed a lot in the past year, and are looking for students who want to give back, who are inspired, and want to grow with us - if that's you fill in the below!

We will aim to get back to you soon! Watch out for an email from us. This will include our 2026 AUTSPA Constitution, AUTSA Constitution, and New Members Handbook (which includes the perks you receive as a member!). In the meantime hold tight, and feel free to message us at contact@autspa.org.nz or on our socials.

Thanks a million team,
2026 AUTSPA Executive Committee
